  • We are a member of the National Association of Elevator Contractors; thus, we have access to any and all nuances that arrive and are made part of the elevator industry. Our staff participates in a long-range educational program which requires their attendance and participation in numerous seminars and other educational functions.

  • Our modernization department is responsible for the modernizing and upgrading old elevator systems. We have restored and revitalized elevators in buildings that were without elevator service for many - many years. These locations include City owned HPD properties as well as private sector properties. We have also converted direct current type of systems to alternative current type of systems.
